Easy Week & Nervous for Nothing

I just got back from a fabulous dinner at Gordon Biersch, where we celebrated my uncle, Kyle’s, 21st birthday… and his first legal drinks…

Let’s quickly scroll through the last two days before that, though!

January 4, 2012

Breakfast should be obvious to you at this point…

Banana + honey Greek

… a large banana, a cup of Greek yogurt, and a Diet Coke! Followed quickly by these lovely friends…

Cereal ♥

…some Fiber One Original Bran cereal.

On this particular morning, I was rushing out of the house and forgot to snap a picture of my lunch. Sorry! However, I had a cup of blackberries, 3 oz. baby carrots, a pack of chunk white tuna, about a quarter of a whole-wheat pita pocket (it was quite stale… oops), and a few Sour Patch Watermelon candies.

This was the “official” start of the second semester (weird that it starts the day after the first day following break), so we had a couple of new members on the school newspaper to introduce. That was fun, since we got to talk about what we do as a staff. I absolutely adore being a part of the paper, so I naturally love talking about it.

When I got home, I had my second dose of Fiber One, and then I worked, worked, worked on homework. Unfortunately, this took me right up until dinner. We planned to have steak, but none of us were really feeling it, and I was feeling crappy. So, cereal-for-dinner happened. Oh, well!

Sweet 'n' crunchy

I had about a 1.5 cups of Honey Bunches of Oats and .75 cups of 1% milk. It had been quite a while since I’d had it, and it so hit the spot.

I know that cereal isn’t an ideal dinner, but I also know that “well-rounded” is a most of the time requirement. Sometimes, that goes out the window, and that’s totally okay. Sometimes, it just feels better!

The rest of my evening was pretty relaxed. Later, for my snacks, I made myself a smoothie-in-a-bowl…

Pretty color 🙂

… containing:

  • .5 cups Fage plain Greek yogurt
  • .75 cups Blue Diamond unsweetened almond milk
  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
  • .5 cups fresh black berries
  • 1 t. xanthan gum
  • Crushed ice

I also had a solid snack…

Classics

… composed of a Planters Heart Healthy Mix NUTrition pack, a large Braeburn apple, and a pack of Oats ‘n’ Dark Chocolate Nature Valley crunchy granola bars.

And off to bed I went!

January 5, 2012

The morning started off like so many do, with…

Typical

my breakfast of champions! I had some Fiber One after that.

I had a pre-calc test that morning (which I did extremely well on, by the way 😉 ), but it was an otherwise uneventful day at school. My lunch was…

A departure from the usual

… a handful of cherry tomatoes, a clementine, and a sandwich made with 5 oz. Dietz & Watson Santa Fe Turkey and an Aunt Millie’s Multi-Whole Grain English muffin. It was really quite tasty. Hm, maybe I should do that more often!

I had zero homework/studying to do last night, so I mostly rested and read. I had a couple of pieces of Sour Patch Watermelon candy after school, along with a Twizzler, and a Dove milk chocolate snowflake. These little snacks were followed by my second serving of Fiber One cereal and a 100% whole-wheat Bagel Thin.

Toasty and chewy!

Dinner was what we planned on having the night before – steak!

Good stuff. Good stuff.

We had grilled top sirloin steak with onions sauteed with garlic and Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato vinaigrette and topped with Parmesan cheese. (The recipe is this one, from Kraft: http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/garlic-steak-onions-107312.aspx). We replaced the steamed broccoli with steamed cauliflower topped with a little unsalted butter. It was quite the tasty meal – and it was easy!

After a little more reading, it was time for my snacks. I had an Oats & Chocolate Fiber One bar first…

Chocolate!

… and a Braeburn apple with strawberry Greek yogurt second!

Standby

And it was off to bed with me!

Today – January 6, 2012

I had the same old stuff for breakfast. And Fiber One for my morning snack.

Well, I like it!

I was honestly kind of nervous going to school today, because I received a note yesterday, saying that the principal had requested a meeting with me. Okay. I did nothing wrong. But then some other members of Class Cabinet said they had gotten those notes, too. That made me feel better – until I realized that mine was at a different time. I could only think that maybe there was a separate meeting for the president. Still, though, I had no idea what the meeting was going to be about.

It wasn’t bad at all! All of the cabinets had been summoned, and my meeting was just for the presidents. We were asked to be part of a decision-making process. That was really cool, to be blunt.

I knew when I joined the cabinet that I would be in a leadership group, and I knew that our main goal was making money for our future prom. I didn’t realize we would get to help organize a policy that would be implemented in the school for the future. Granted, we probably don’t have too much say in whether this policy is put into action. We do, however, get a little say in how it works. And that’s kind of awesome.

After the meeting, though, I had a really bad headache. So, I asked my mom to come pick me up. She had intended to go to Chipotle for lunch, and I wasn’t arguing. We just picked it up and came back home so I could rest.

Perfection

My bowl contained Romaine lettuce, chicken, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, and cheese. Great deliciousness, it was.

I did a little work throughout the afternoon, slept a tiny bit, ate some more Fiber One, and then we headed out to dinner. As I said, today was my uncle’s 21st birthday. And Gordon Biersch was in order. My parents and I met up with my grandparents, Kyle, and Kyle’s girlfriend, Anastasia, at the restaurant.

I had a piece of their fresh French bread before my meal, but I was saving up as much room as possible for…

Ohmygoodness

… my Lobster & Crab Cake Sandwich. With GARLIC FRIES. Well, the fries weren’t actually that great. But the sandwich was incredible. I could eat it forever. Probably not, actually, but it was really good. I only ate about half of the fries with a little dab of ketchup. Not a huge ketchup person, but I use a little with fries only.

We also had dessert, which was also pretty amazing. I had about a third of an order of their Triple Chocolate Brownie, which is not only a brownie, but also vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, and hot caramel sauce. Delicious. Sorry about the lack of a picture. Ummm… when dessert rolls around, I tend to dive right in… 😀

I am absolutely exhausted, and I plan to go to yoga tomorrow morning. So, I’m going to hit the hay. Good night!

Great Day, Great Food, Great Life

^^^^^^ Optimistic title much? Yes, please. Today was really an awesome day. I got a bunch of grades back in about 4 classes, and they were all really good. Is it sad that that can make my day? Maybe. But it definitely can.

Before I got to school, though, I had….

Typically lovely

… a large banana, a Diet Coke, and a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt. Yum. And then I had Fiber One. Of course.

Duh.

While I was packing lunch, I stole a Rolo from the 5 lb. bag of candy that I bought a month ago for a party – and am still nibbling away at. <– Bad sentence. Oh, well.

Start the day off right! (With a chocolate-caramel delight)

Speaking of lunch (about five minutes ago), I had a peanut butter bagelwich and 2 clementines. Good stuff. (You can’t go wrong, I promise.)

Take a bite 🙂

I can’t make any sort of sandwich/toast without first tearing off a little bite of bread. I like carbs (how can you not?). The sandwich didn’t travel to school like that, but you couldn’t see the peanut butter with it being fully assembled, and I just couldn’t have that, now could I?

During school, I had 2 squares of Hershey Bliss chocolate and a small handful of my friend’s Skittles. I ♥ candy, if you couldn’t tell.

My mom and I made a quick detour to the mall right after school to pick up a few things from Macy’s and, since we knew we would be on our own for dinner (my daddy had plans), we headed straight to Max & Erma’s afterward.

It was pretty dark there, so it wasn’t a prime picture-taking place. And, let’s be honest, I was talking a mile a minute to my mother about 15 different things, so pictures weren’t the first thing on my mind. Again, still trying to make this a habit. 🙂

I had a cup of their delicious, cheesy, slightly spicy Tortilla Soup, most of an order of fries with a little ketchup, and one of their gooey, buttery, incredible chocolate chip cookies. And a few bites of my mom’s Horseradish Sliders (topped with onion rings!). Great. It had been far too long since I had been to Max & Erma’s and I enjoyed every bite of it.

We got home and talked to my dad for a little bit before he left for his dinner + card game, and then got to work. Or I tried to get to work. Pippa wanted to stop me.

My dog didn't eat my homework. She did sit on it.

I was trying to cut out my articles from the school newspaper for the scrapbook that is our midterm. Pippa had other plans for my papers. 🙂 Love her!

While I waited for her to get tired of that spot, I had another bowl of Fiber One.

Eventually, she did move, so I cut out the articles and layouts from the November and December issues. I took a break after that. So. Exhausting. Kidding! During said break, I had…

An old standby

… a Braeburn apple and a cup of honey Greek yogurt. It sure satisfied. Or not. Because I soon followed it with…

Choooocolate!

… A mini Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate bar and a few Peanut M&Ms. Those are addictive. More will be happening tonight, even if they don’t make an appearance here first. And. That. Is. A. Promise. <– That was from Matilda, the movie version. I watched it way too many times as a little kid.

Now, I’m off to cut out the October issue and maybe start on a few scrapbook pages. I have quite the busy weekend! More on that – tomorrow!

Good night!

Food & Family

Chipotle is awesome. If there was a god of it, I might worship said god. Maybe.

My bowl:

Yum.

I’m not a huge fan of rice in general, so I get my Burrito Bowls as salads, which are basically the same thing without rice. I had lettuce, black beans, chicken, fajita vegetables, fresh tomato salsa, and cheese (Chipotle has great cheese). This was perfectly meaty, salty, and cheese. Perfection – and it totally satisfied a craving. For a few days, perhaps. 😀

I love my family. We had such entertaining conversations at dinner, covering everything from guns to medical marijuana to the perfect tortilla. Yep, we’re strange ones.

When we arrived back home, I started on some Spanish homework that I’d been neglecting. It’s done now.  Procrastination = over!

While watching some Blue Jackets hockey (they gave up 2 goals in about 2 minutes at the end to lose it – classic Jackets), I fixed myself a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch covered with 1% milk. It had been a long time since I had it, and it was tasty.

Crazy squares 🙂

I was still hungry after this (what a shock), so I had a more typical snack.

Crunchy + creamy

I mixed a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder into vanilla pudding to cut the sweetness and add the chocolate. I’m loving this stuff. It tastes so creamy, rich, and chocolaty – like a super-thick mousse. LOVE. Braeburn apples are my absolute favorite and this one certainly didn’t disappoint.

I followed this snack with a piece of Hershey’s Special Dark chocolate.

Mmmmm

And now I am off to bed. I’m exhausted and I have a presentation and a speaking test in Spanish tomorrow. Then, it’s time for the weekend. Which will be full of studying for exams. But then there’s winter break. And I can always look forward to that. Good night!

Barilla and a Blizzard

Yesterday was really quite good; I just had a little studying to do when I got home. So, I put it all off, like a good high-schooler… 😀

My lunch was rather… orange.

Told ya!

It was pretty small, but I wasn’t overly hungry. I had a handful of baby carrots, 2 clementines, and a pack of Nature Valley Peanut Butter Crunchy Granola Bars. It was quickly tossed together, but it held me over for a while. The orange theme was completely unintentional!

I had no after-school obligations, which felt really good. I came home and relaxed with Pippa and my mom for a few hours and eventually was hungry enough for a snack of…

Cereal ♥

Fiber One and…

Creamy 🙂 So lovely!

Strawberry Greek yogurt! This was a delicious precursor to my dinner and, since it was packed with protein, was a good choice. (Dinner was carb-heavy. And heavenly.)

I began studying for my chemistry exam next week before my dad got home from work. While we discussed our days when he did arrive, I started prepping the pasta.

Big ol' bowl of bread & pasta

Spaghetti! We made Barilla Thin Spaghetti with Prego Roasted Garlic & Herb sauce. I topped mine with shredded Parmesan cheese and had a slice of Cole’s Garlic Mini-Toast. It was all very tasty. It had been way too long since I last had spaghetti (I should do that more often).

After dinner, I wanted some sweetness to balance the savory meal, so I had…

Sweet stuff

a few mini bars of Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate.

I restarted studying – this time for pre-calc – and was done with my review for the test just in time to watch Survivor. I love that show. It is the one reality show I can stand. I love Probst and I like that all the competitors have their own crazy personalities. I like it. Anyhow, my sweet/chocolate tooth apparently wasn’t satisfied by my after-dinner chocolate. (Shocker. Not.)

So, I treated my parents to Dairy Queen Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzards (they share one).

There are no words.

So good. So good. (The picture, not so much....)

I adore Blizzards. I have too many of them, probably at least once a week. I only get Reese’s Cup ones and our Dairy Queen location always puts peanut butter in them (apparently, most places just do ice cream and Reese’s Cups). They are pure, chocolaty, peanut-buttery, creamy goodness. It was incredible and I basically never wanted it to end.

And now I’ll catch up (on today’s post). This getting-behind thing might happen sometimes. Sorry!

A Little Relaxation

Today hasn’t been nearly as bad or stressful as I expected. I really like those days. I started it with a usual breakfast of honey Greek yogurt, Diet Coke, and a banana.

Ta-da!

I snacked on this stuff….

Fiber + Flavor 🙂

And in my 5th period class, our teacher had a bunch of candy, so I had an unpictured Rolo and three Tootsie Rolls.

Anyhow, my tests today weren’t too bad. I just had to work really quickly on my chemistry test and made a pretty stupid mistake on my pre-calc quiz (I think). That’s okay, I have a top grade in that class (or at least last time I checked). I’m okay with that.

Lunch today was hastily thrown together, as I was running late this morning.

Hasty, but tasty!

I had a Braeburn apple, a Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna Peel & Eat Cup, a Thomas’ 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thin, and a tablespoon or so of Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus.

I got home after a few clubs today and snacked on more of the above. No need for a picture, I assume? I think we all know what Fiber One looks like. It’s an addiction. A very strange addiction.

I actually had time to fit in a workout today, so that was very nice. When I was done and had showered, dinner was ready!

Divine. Just divine.

We had slow-cooked pork roast with a really good rub (Apple Horseradish) from Heartland Herbs, steamed broccoli with a little unsalted butter melted over it, and Parmesan-roasted red potatoes, with some Panko crumbs, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, and (of course) Parmesan cheese. I’m planning to start a “Recipes” page, and these potatoes will be on it in one way or another. I like some mashed potatoes, French fries, and these, as far as potatoes go. They’re pretty much that good.

My snack tonight came a little later than usual, but it was quite delicious.

Lotsa chocolate

I ha a Jell-O vanilla pudding cup mixed with about a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, a packet of Nature Valley Oats & Dark Chocolate Crunchy granola bars, and most of a Braeburn apple (a few of the apple slices were totally bruised through 😦 ).

Now, we’re watching Glee, even though it’s been a little more disappointing lately. I have a late start at school tomorrow, so I can afford to stay up a little bit later. Maybe I’ll even watch Parenthood tonight instead of later in the week. What a concept.

I’m going to have a mini Reese’s cup now. Here it is:

And here it is!

Good night!

Changes in Plans

Pippa and I were going to go for a walk. And then the downpour began, leaving me with a whining dog who desperately wanted to go outside. She’s spoiled. 😉

After petting her for a little while, I decided I could use a little pre-workout fuel in the form of…

The snack that smiles back 😀

whole-grain Goldfish! I notice no taste difference between these and regular Goldfish. Not that the nutritional stats are too different, anyhow.

The rain had let up by that point, so my mom took Pippa for a walk while I worked out. Afterwards, we started a black bean soup mix (a pack of ingredients and a lot of water) and I prepared panini. I was informed by Daddy that the soup was…. not his favorite. That’s scary. Turned out, he was right. All we could taste were spices and water, not the beans or bell peppers. So, I figured I needed a new plan for my dinner sides. Since my sandwich was already done and cooling quickly, I chose to eat dinner in two parts.

Part 1: Sandwich

A glimpse of the inside

It's bleeding!

This was quite similar to last week’s panini:

  • 2 slices of Giant Eagle Multigrain Tuscany bread
  • Dietz & Watson turkey
  • 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
  • About a tablespoon of Stonewall Kitchen Maple Chipotle Barbecue sauce (this does tend to bleed through the bread, but it’s so good!)
  • Extra virgin olive oil brushed on

This hit the spot, but I needed more. Hmmm, what to have?

Colors! Produce! Deliciousness!

  • About 3 oz. baby carrots
  • 2 large stalks celery
  • 2 clementines (They’re back! I adore them.)
  • About a tablespoon of Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus

This was a nice, filling addition to my hot sandwich.

Christmas tree decorating is not happening tonight because my mom has finals this week and is working on a bunch of school assignments. Fun. Maybe Tuesday?  I have finals next week, so I should probably study some, too. More fun.

My mom and grandma went shopping for more Christmas presents today. Mom came back with a treat from Sugardaddy’s. Apparently, they make incredible, creative brownies and blondies. I didn’t imagine how good they would be when I decided to incorporate them into my evening snack. I could have eaten them for dinner. Maybe tomorrow…? 😉

The whole shebang

Since the brownies are super-rich, and I had an overripe pear calling my name, I had a pretty well-rounded snack. I sliced up the pear and grabbed a container of honey Greek yogurt. The yogurt’s tanginess was the perfect compliment for the ridiculously-sweet pear. But let’s get back to the stars of the snack.

OH. MY. GOODNESS.

These brownies are what Sugardaddy’s calls “pocket change”. They’re smaller, crumbly, fudgy chunks of brownie. This flavor is called American Beauty and is a semisweet chocolate brownie swirled with peanut butter and topped with peanuts. It is perfectly sweet and salty and rich. I don’t even know what else to say. Pictures can’t do them justice. Neither can words. Go order something from Sugardaddy’s. Now. They’ll ship your order to you. Just do it. You won’t be sorry.

Alright, now I should get some sleep. There is, of course, school tomorrow. Good night!

Last Hours of Freedom

I’ve spent the afternoon going through old all of my AP US History (APUSH) notes and assembling a timeline of what feels like every single thing that happened in the history of American religion. Yeah, I only made it through religion. I still have rebellions (and Americans seem to be really good at those, so there are lots) and the beginning of our foreign policy. Hmmmm. At least it doesn’t have to be done for a while.

During all of this, I really wanted high quality chocolate. But I don’t have it right now. Hence, my Fiber One and Hershey snack.

The Mint Truffle Kisses are actually pretty good, I must say. Then it was back to work with me. After plowing through all the religion material, I decided that dinner sounded pretty appealing. Tonight I made panini. The only bad thing about these is that we don’t all three get to eat at the same time, since the panini press is too small. Other than that, these are melty, gooey, cheesy goodness.

Look at all the texture!

My sandwich was composed of Giant Eagle Multigrain Tuscany bread (the best), Dietz & Watson turkey breast, mozzarella cheese, and Stonewall Kitchen Maple Chipotle Grille Sauce. On the side I had two stalks of celery (broken into more manageable pieces) and some Kettle-Cooked Lays chips. These might be the best potato chips ever. Just sayin’. While I was making the sandwiches, I had some Vlasic Bread & Butter Pickle Chips. I enjoyed my meal with SoBe LifeWater Black & Blue Berry.  So delicious.

I’ll probably lay off the work for the rest of the night since I do go back to school tomorrow. I’ll just enjoy my last night of break with my family and Pippa. 🙂 After all, with Harry Potter and Blue Jackets hockey, how can you go wrong? (You can’t! :D)

First Night

Yesterday evening was full or fun and relaxation. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets ended, you know, the same way it has for the past 10 or so years and we got to know our dog a little bit better. Because I couldn’t get enough chocolate yesterday, in addition to the snack I shared last night, I had a Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate mini bar.

There's no such thing as too much chocolate! 😀

Our first night with Pippa was a rough one, but pretty normal by first-night standards. She’s fine in her cage, but not so much after everyone else has gone upstairs to bed. I slept through the whining and woke up to find my mom on the couch with Pippa on the floor next to her.

While we’re all awake, she’s a pretty calm dog, so we figure it’ll just take a little time to get her used to not always having someone next to her.

Breakfast = standard, but…

Something's different......

… It’s a smiley face! (Because it makes me smile 😉 )

My morning snack was – I bet you have no idea – Fiber One cereal. Does anyone have any better small snacks with 14 grams of fiber per serving? Anyone? Bueller?

And again...

Off to continue our Harry Potter weekend marathon. And tonight, we’re going to decorate the Christmas tree. Fun stuff!

Pippa and Pizza Dinner

This, ladies and gentlemen, is…

She's a snuggler!

Pippa!

She isn’t exactly named after Miss Middleton, but she looked a little more boyish than girly to us, so when we said she was a salt-and-pepper color, we thought of naming her Pepper. Since that isn’t exactly gender-specific, we settled on Pippa. Gender problem = solved! And, pop culture references aren’t bad, either. 😉 She is quite lovey-dovey, but she is pretty stubborn – and loves to walk. She’ll be keeping us quite active, I imagine.

So, we spent today gathering supplies for our first dog. Mom and I went to PetSmart and Target and dropped Pippa off to be groomed. The above picture is post-grooming; she was very shaggy before. While we were out, I snacked on a Milky Way bar.

Chocolate, caramel, nougat, and more chocolate! Yum!

Since grooming takes about two hours, we came home to eat dinner before picking Pippa up again. Daddy ordered us a large Works pizza from Papa John’s and some cheese sticks.

Cheesy deliciousness

It’s been a while since I’ve had pizza and it tasted good. During dinner, the groomer called and said they were done. So, we got back into the car and loaded our nice, neat puppy back into the car. She is so calm and she didn’t make a peep the whole way home. She must be pretty worn out – it has been a long day for her. Now, she’s lounging around the house getting acclimated, and so are we. We’re introducing Pippa to Mr. Harry Potter tonight, watching Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Last night, we watched Sorcerer’s Stone.

My evening snack is a multiple-parter, so I’ll probably eat it in rounds, but I’ll just take the one picture. It includes:

Nice spread 🙂

  • 1 large Braeburn apple
  • 2 T. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. Fiber One Original Bran cereal
  • 1 sugar-free Jell-O Chocolate Vanilla Pudding Snack with 1/2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder (to bring the sweetness factor down a little)

I might enjoy a few pieces of candy later, but I’ll post those in the morning. Off to find the Chamber of Secrets before I get some much-needed sleep!

Into the Swing of Things

Today, I will start posting everything I eat. The past two days have been full of family, fun, and food, and I have not taken pictures, so I won’t recount everything I ate, just the highlights. On Thursday, my family and I went to my dad’s parents’ new condo for a big Thanksgiving feast, complete with:

  • Turkey
  • Corn pudding
  • Veggie casserole
  • Rolls
  • Sausage stuffing
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Cranberry-applesauce Jell-O salad
  • Pumpkin pie
  • Homegrown-apple pie (The last one ever. My grandparents just moved away from their old house, where they had a huge vegetable garden and an orchard. We used to get a lot of their produce and apple cider. This pie used up the last of their apples.)
  • Ice cream
And it was insanely delicious. After much catching up, watching football, and playing ping-pong and pool with my grandparents and great-uncle, we left that evening feeling stuffed – in a completely amazing way! And we had leftovers. Even better.
On Friday, we celebrated Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a 50th anniversary with my grandma’s family. Lunch was late, so I ate a turkey sandwich before we left the house, and then snacked on some more food once we got there, including:
  • Shrimp with cocktail sauce
  • Stacy’s Simply Naked Pita Chips and Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus
  • Delicious cake
  • Deviled eggs
  • Cheez-its
When we got back home, my mom and I went out to run a few errands. While we were out, we grabbed dinner at Noodles & Company, where I got a regular-sized order of Japanese pan noodles and sauteed shrimp. A little while later, we went for dessert at Menchie’s (a frozen yogurt shop). They have the most incredible devil’s food cake yogurt, so I had some of that, topped with dark chocolate chips, strawberries, and hot fudge. De-licious!

Now that the holidays are over for a month, I will focus more on the blog, get into the swing of things (taking pictures, writing, etc.), and by the time Christmas rolls around, I’ll be an old pro. Or not.

Anyhow, breakfast was my usual one – I’ll explain why I keep this meal more or less the same in a few days. But, hey, there is still a picture to go with it. ☺

Honey Greek, Diet Coke, big banana

I am also trying to start working out regularly again, since I feel so, so much better when I get moving. Today I’m off for a Vinyasa yoga class! That should feel amazing after all the sitting I’ve been doing lately!
