I’m Ellen and this is the little place where I chronicle my life through everything, but especially through food. Here’s why:
I have always been “skinny” and there is no denying that. I’ve lost a significant amount of weight twice in my life – once when I first started having migraines and felt too generally crappy to eat normally, and once about a year and a half ago. Since no one (including me) seems to know what triggered this last weight loss, and I can’t seem to gain any weight back, the question of eating disorders comes up a lot. I know I don’t have one, but that doesn’t mean other people know that (or believe it).
I eat from 6 to 10 times a day, and eat more calories than my tiny body should burn. I do eat pretty healthily, but I adore plenty of unhealthy foods as well. Actually, I basically just adore food in general. I use this blog to document what I eat and what I do. Hopefully, it will inspire me to be more creative when it comes to snacks.
